Peace, Unity, and Reconciliation |

MISSION |
| The mission of the United Anglican Church is to live the ancient faith of the Church, to celebrate
the peace of Christ, and to build unity in the holy catholic and apostolic church through our Scriptural tradition and the
proclamation of the Gospel. |

DEDICATION |
| The United Anglican Church (UAC) is dedicated to upholding the Truth of the Lord
Jesus Christ as delivered to us in the Holy Scripture and maintained inviolate by the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church
of which we are a province. |
|
ORIGIN & PRESENT STATUS |
The UAC was established following the merger of the Traditional Episcopal
Church (TEC) and the Anglo-Catholic Church in the Americas (ACTA).
The TEC brought to the merger churches in the
United States, South America, Australia, the Philippines, England and Italy. Laud Hall Seminary, an on-line and approved
educational institution, also came into the UAC with the TEC.
ACTA was reactivated as a Province in February,
1997, building upon the foundation of earlier Provinces of the Anglo-Catholic Church in America and of the Anglican Rite Jurisdiction
in America (ARJA) and from the Philippine Independent Catholic Church - itself a constituent part of the international Anglican
Communion - which was directly involved also in the birth of ARJA. |

DOCTRINE |
We believe the Bible to be the Revealed Word of God. We seek to glorify God through
our adherence to the "faith once delivered to the saints." We are rooted in a faith that is the same
yesterday, today and forever.
We bear witness to the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed and the Athanasian Creed
as personal and corporate declarations of faith.
We bear witness to Tradition, as set forth in the Apostolic teachings
of the ancient Fathers and Doctors of the Church and in the ecumenical decrees of the Undivided Church.
We respect
the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion as set forth in the Book of Common Prayer. |

PURPOSE |
| We believe that the United Anglican Church has been called to be a witness to the love of Christ
to a hurting and disillusioned world. Our mission is to offer ourselves as servants to those in need, through Worship, preaching,
teaching and healing ministries. We seek to recover much that has been lost through "trendy" theologies, seen
elsewhere, that trivialize the faith, making it meaningless. We believe that Society has been ravished by modernism
and unbelief, thus grieving the Holy Spirit. |

APOSTOLIC SUCCESSION |
The United Anglican Church maintains Apostolic Succession. It is organized in the three-fold
Orders of Bishop, Priest and Deacon. We follow the ancient custom of bestowing these Holy Orders uniquely upon male applicants.
We also recognize the ancient primitive church office of Deaconess as a unique and important ministry for those women called
to serve the church. |

THE MINISTRY OF THE LAITY |
| Our clergy are dedicated to "equipping the saints" by teaching the Catholic
faith in order that each Christian may go into the world to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to fulfill corporal works
of mercy and love. |

COOPERATION WITH OTHERS |
It is our intent to reach out into the world and offer ourselves as examples of Christian
love. While preserving our Anglican heritage and traditions, we offer to share them with all, through dialogue and discussion,
culminating in Concordats of Inter-communion with like-minded Apostolic Churches.

SACRAMENTS |
| The United Anglican Church makes use of all seven sacraments. While it recognizes that
only Holy Baptism and The Holy Eucharist are necessary to salvation, the Five Minor Sacraments: Confirmation, Penance, Unction,
Ordination and Marriage have great effect and importance on the Christian in the course of his daily life. |

LANGUAGE & LITURGY |
| The language of the Prayer Book and of the King James Bible may seem archaic today.
However, the beauty of the language and the majesty of the Liturgy in the symbolism of the Anglican heritage are too precious
a legacy to lose. Therefore, they are preserved in our worship life. Individual parishes, however, may choose the degree to
which they follow traditional practices. We are tolerant of low church, high church, and broad church expressions. We use
the Book of Common Prayer of 1928, and other approved liturgical texts such as, The Anglican, The American, and The English
Missals. |

ORGANIZATION |
The United Anglican Church is organized as a representative body with a College of Bishops
led by an Archbishop (The Presiding Bishop), with a Council of Advice elected by the National Convention (The Synod), which
meets every two years.
The Constitution and Canons provide for the establishment of dioceses and missionary districts,
to be established as necessary, under the supervision of Bishops. |

CLERGY & LAY EDUCATION |
| The United Anglican Church has a covenant relationship with Laud Hall Seminary of Clearwater,
Florida. This degree-granting seminary is licensed and approved by the State of Florida for both lay and Clergy education
